Growing up in the woods, I have a great appreciation for nature.  Growing up next to my Memere gave
me an appreciation for reusing everything.  Northern Maine in the last century was a harsh land and in
order to survive, everything was reused, repurposed, recycled, extended and valued.
I have taken this philosophy to heart in my life, and my artwork. I always knew Memere was ahead of
her time.
